Pole dancing can BOOST your confidence

Find out how ⬇️

We have new women every week, enter our studio and build a little more confidence with each visit. Now, the important part, how do they do it?

It all comes down to Achievement, Trust and Appreciation!

That's it! Sounds simple, right?! Not quite. If you are like most of the population, self-doubt and negative thoughts swirl around your mind, letting you know it is not that simple (don't worry girl, I am the same). Women just like you have done it, and we promise we will be here to help you when you are ready.

In the meantime, read more about our confidence formula helping hundreds of women every week.

ACHIEVEMENT

So often we hear women look at a beginner trick and say, "oh I could NEVER do that!!!!" But so often, we prove them wrong . What can I say, we know and understand beginners. Our experience means we can help you make small achievements from day one, enabling you to build trust.

TRUST

Your achievements will all add to your trust in YOURSELF. Yes, it is possible to trust yourself. In the first few months, you will learn to trust your body, community, and ability. With trust and achievement combined, you will be welcomed by appreciation.

APPRECIATION

That first upside-down experience or climb to the top of the pole will see you appricate your body for what it can do rather than how it looks. This is amplified by a safe space that doesn't care how you look (in the nicest way possible). When you start achieving those "cool tricks" that you thought were never possible, girl, you will feel PROUD! Proud of your body for getting stronger, more flexible and helping you achieve YOUR GOALS!

It's all about confidence, baby! And, we have found the recipe!
