It’s about choosing your own adventure. Our classes are designed to help you fall in love with movement, whether you’re spinning around a pole, dancing your heart out, or building strength and flexibility off the pole.

With a diverse timetable and a team of expert instructors, you’ll find something that suits your mood, your body, and your goals. From tricks and flow to strength, conditioning and stretch, every class is created with care to help you feel strong, confident and empowered.

Beginner Friendly

  • She Can

    Our signature 5-week beginner pole course designed for women who’ve never done pole before or who haven’t been on the pole in 5+ years and are ready to fall back in love with it.

  • Beginner Series

    Beginner 2 & 3 is where you start to progress in your tricks, helping you build strength and stamina on your pole journey. Tricks will start to get more challenging, we gain a little height on the poles, and you will be taught your first invert! 

  • Tricks

    Tricks class is all about the spins, lifts and tricks of pole! Build your tricks library and set some new pole goals. Get tips to help you nail a trick you have been working on or try something new. This is a great class for first-timers to come and see what pole fitness is about.

  • Beginner Choreo

    Beginner Flow is a fun Drop-in Class where each week you will dance to a different song and yes we take requests! Beginner Flow is a class which focuses on keeping you moving for a great workout. This is tailored to beginners, but everyone is welcome!

Level Friendly Classes

  • Intermediate

    This level is filled with fun tricks, a challenging routine, and conditioning to help your body handle it all! You get to take your spins and inverts up a notch and add in some splits! This level is so jam-packed you might want to do it a couple of times to get comfortable in all the different tricks.

  • Advanced

    Things get more fun and a tad harder! The core tricks here focus on strength and incorporate increasing flexibility. You'll perform moves you may have only dreamed of when you first started. Strong technique and clean lines are key to progressing, with mind-blowing tricks to define you as an advanced pole dancer!

  • Elite

    The highest level of class that we offer at Addictive Pole Fitness. This class is for the dancers who are competent in all aspects of pole dancing. For the dancers who work to flow seamlessly from one trick into the next in long combos. It is for the dancers who have worked to have an above average range of motion and are strong in their end range flexibility.

  • Curves

    Sexy comes in many shapes and sizes, love your body and embrace the curvaceous woman that is you! Ever wanted to try Pole fitness, but these doubts keep running through your mind – Will the pole hold my weight? I’m not strong enough. In this class, we will work on strengthening all areas of your body, learning how your body moves, how to position yourself on the pole to get the best grip.

  • Pole Pleasures

    Pole Pleasures is all about channeling your sexy inner vixen, gaining self confidence with flow and dancing, and learning some new tricks and combos (different to your level courses). It's not graded so the only check ins we do are to make sure you are feeling amazing! Open to ALL levels.

Tricks Classes

  • Level Classes

    Our Tricks classes are designed to help you grow stronger, build stamina, and gain confidence on both spin and static pole. Whether you’re chasing that next combo, working on fluid transitions, or refining your technique, these classes give you the perfect mix of challenge and support to complement your level course.

  • Fundamentals

    Fundamentals is a pole tricks class where you will get a chance to work on all the tricks that make us well rounded Pole Dancers! Suited to all levels this is a class where the tricks practiced will be inspired by our curriculum, to give you a chance to work through your basics- whether its a nemesis trick or revision of tricks you haven't practiced for a while, it's all about nailing your fundamentals. 

  • Floor & Basework

    Ever wanted to know how to flow around the base of the pole?  Join us for basework & flow. You will learn some low flow/basework sequences and put your new found skills to music.

  • Chair

    Build strength, balance, and confidence through the art of chair tricks. Learn creative shapes, transitions, and levels that challenge your control and body awareness. These classes focus on technique and safe progressions to help you feel powerful and in control on and around the chair.

  • Invert Your Thinking

    Invert Your Thinking is a class where the focus is 100% on getting stronger and more confident in your fundamental inverted pathways. This class has a heavy focus on conditioning and technique. IYT is a great course to revisit and correct technique at any stage of your intermediate/advanced journey or to maintain and improve the strength required for inversions.

Dance Styles

  • Sensual Flow

    One of our most popular classes, Sensual flow is designed to help you reconnect with your body and explore movement with confidence. Sensual Flow focuses on lines, control, and grounded transitions, guiding you to move with ease and intention while building strength, body awareness, and self-expression.

  • Twerk

    Twerk is a fun class where each week you will dance to a different song. One of our favourite choreo classes, this class will get you moving for a great workout, and this one is all about the jiggle. Don’t worry if you have never twerked before, this class is suited to everyone! Your instructor will have lots of tips and tricks to get that bum movin'!

  • Heels & Floor

    This class will explore sassy, girly and sometimes sensual movements to a wide range of music. A fun class where we dim the lights to set the mood for you to dance your heart out. This class is a Floor Choreo class, so you will be almost exclusively on the floor the whole time!

Strength, Flexibility & Beyond

  • Flexxy

    Our flexxy classes will help you work towards your flexibility goals, whether you just want to be able to touch your toes, or you are ready to try over-splits and elbow stand backbends! No matter what level of flexxy you are at, we can always help you go further. 

  • Strength & Tone

    If you want to improve fitness, build up strength for on the pole, or just in general, want to tone up, lose weight and get your heart pumping, then Strength & Tone is for you! This class is suited to all levels, and you can take extra breaks if you need to, so don’t be afraid, grab your towel and water bottle and come in for a great workout! 

  • Handstands & Acro

    Learn the fundamentals of balancing on your hands, correct alignment, and control. A great way to improve your upper body strength, flexibility, and stamina. Develop your ‘push’ strength a little bit at a time, while still enjoying the variety that a tricks class brings. Suited to all levels, beginners welcome.

  • Pole Conditioning

    Get that heart rate up and build your strength with pole conditioning. You will need to wear booty shorts for this class as you will be on the pole conditioning all parts of your body. This class will get your muscles burning all in the name of unlocking your next pole goal

  • Contortion

    Ready to take your flexibility to the next level? Intro to Contortion is designed for already-flexible polers who are craving a challenge. This class blends deep stretching with essential strength work, so you can safely build the control and stability needed for next-level bendy tricks.
