Kat walked through the studio doors on a whim to try something new after years of competitive Tae Kwon Do had finished up. She instantly found something new to love and was quickly involving herself in all things pole!

Dancing in front of an audience was never part of the plan, but Kat loves the entertainment side of pole and has competed on stage as both a soloist and in doubles (Kat&Adele).

Even more importantly, Kat has made some of the strongest friendships in her life and feels at her strongest and sexiest, when she’s dancing away her worries with her classes of students!

Being an instructor allows Kat to experience that moment she fell in love with pole, over and over again, through the many women who now walk into her classes.
