Need to slow your pole journey down? Members can downgrade their membership at the end of each term.

All membership upgrade requests must be completed in writing using the relevant form, with a minimum of four (4) business days’ notice, before the end of the term.

- All downgrades take place from the new term only. - Addictive Pole Fitness will change all remaining direct debits on your current contract to the amount specified on our pricing page. For example: if you are downgrading from a starter to online, you agree to pay the amount of the online membership for the new term. - You give Addictive Pole Fitness permission to update my Ezidebit payments to reflect the amount of my new membership level. - The downgrade will be effective until you submit an upgrade, cancellation or downgrade form.
