We’re Addictive Pole Fitness, a leading pole dancing studio on a mission to inspire and empower women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Through the art of pole dancing, we help women discover self-love, gain confidence, and reach their full potential. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant who loves helping women say yes to themselves and take the first step toward their strongest, most confident version.

This isn’t cold calling or pushy sales, it’s real conversations that change lives.

About the Role

  • Full-time or part-time opportunity available (based at our Underwood or Springfield studios). Work from home option for the right candidate. 

  • You will be responsible for growing our memberships, ensuring you hit the daily & monthly KPIs.

  • You’ll be handling warm leads, women who’ve enquired and already want what we do.

  • You’ll call, text, DM, and connect fast to guide them into our signature intro offer. 

  • You’ll follow our proven scripts and processes, with a touch of you, of course.

  • You’ll be supported with ongoing coaching, training, and systems that make you feel like a superstar at work.

We’re not looking for average. We want people who care about creating real change, one confident “yes” at a time.

Who we’re looking for

  • 2+ years experience in sales (bonus points for fitness).

  • Confident on the phone, you know how to hold a conversation that inspires action and don’t let being hung up on impact your flow. 

  • Competitive but coachable, you love learning, growing, and winning.

  • Organised- you can manage your leads, follow-ups, and pipeline, on top of call and DM volume.

  • Friendly, resilient, and positive. You don’t retreat under a “no.”

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: Based on experience, aligned with the Fitness Industry Award.

  • Commission: Uncapped- the more you help women join, the more you earn.

  • Training: Paid onboarding and ongoing professional development.
